Much of this blog is from my time in the Peace Corps. Posts from February 2008 to May 2010 are about my time in Romania, while posts from June 2010 to June 2011 are about my time in China. The few posts from late 2012 to May 2013 were written during grad school in Arizona. Posts from August 2013 to June 2016 are about my time in Antalya, Turkey, where I taught ESL. I currently live in Nevada, U.S. of A.

Everything here is based on thoughts or experiences I've had or witnessed, though some entries have been more fictionalized than others. Please do let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about this blog.
